Forbes magazine has released its annual list of most powerful women in the Arab world 2017. This year there are two lists, one for Business and one for Government. Topping the lists, as always, are Lubna S. Olayan and Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi. However. there is a rapid rush to the top, of Omani women.
