VISITING THE TOMB OF SETI I IN THE VALLEY OF THE KINGS I think its the most interesting tomb in Luxor.

THE MOST INTERESTING TOMB IN THE VALLEY OF THE KINGS 🇪🇬 IS THE ONE FOR SETI I (c.1294–1279 BC). I enjoyed my visit.

I VISITED KARNAK TEMPLE IN LUXOR when it was without the crowds

I WAS ABLE TO VISIT KARNAK TEMPLE WHEN IT WAS EMPTY, 🇪🇬 apart from the staff – check my video of this visit at the end of this blog .  I’ve visited the magnificent site at Karnak perhaps a dozen times, but my most memorable visit wasn’t this one but my first, when I explored Egypt in mid-summer 1985.

SALUT FORT BAHLA OMAN ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE near Bisya is well worth visiting - if its made possible by the Oman government

Salut, the archaeological hill fort, is some 26km southwest of Bahla in northern Oman. It may well turn out to be at the centre of the most important Oman archaeology site.

However, it’s hardly known and is, at the moment, not ‘open’ for casual visits. If entry is permitted, I have included it in my updated Bradt Guide to Oman, below.
