The Zodiacs of the Clipper Odyssey (now renamed Silver Discoverer) ably lead by John Yersin came in handy to get us onto Sir bani Yas .
Once on the island I joined other bird watchers and we managed to spot
a ringed Houbara Bustard (which is a key prey of some of the hunting falcons we saw yesterday), a female Common Kestrel, a striking pair of Caspian Terns and a pair of Desert Wheatears.
